Background:
I am a committed yoga enthusiast certified in the Hatha Yoga Tradition. My training in Patanjali’s classical eight-limbed yoga tradition took place at Ignite Yoga and Wellness Institute in 2022. Additionally, I have accomplished level 1 Reiki training and am presently undergoing training in trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness practices for youth.
Personal Connection:
The pursuit of healing from personal challenges guided me to the path of yoga. Finding solace and completeness on my yoga mat fueled my passion to share these transformative techniques with students in my classroom and other young individuals.
Mission:
Conducting community-based yoga classes is a significant aspect of my yoga journey. My mission is to ensure that yoga and mindfulness are accessible and equitable for ALL!
